  • You may request a return within 7 days from when your order begins to be shipped
  • Do not ship anything back until you’ve received confirmation and instructions from our team.
  • If your item arrives damaged, melted, or deformed:
    • Send us a photo or video of the item.
    • Once verified, we’ll send a free replacement.

If you feel Lust isn’t for you:

  • Keep at least 2 out of 3 chocolate bars sealed and unused.
  • Contact us, and we’ll guide you through returning the unopened bars for a full refund.
  • We cover return shipping — your satisfaction comes first.

  • If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label so you won’t need to worry about shipping costs.
  • Occasionally, we may ask for a quick photo of your return to help us improve future products. ✨
