1. Review and Confirm Order Before Payment

Lust allows customers to review, add, or modify transaction details before using the online ordering function to submit a payment request. This review and confirmation mechanism meets the following requirements:

  • The following information will be displayed to the customer:
    a) Product name, quantity, and type;
    b) Delivery method and delivery or service provision period;
    c) Total order amount and details related to the payment method chosen by the customer.

  • This information can be saved, printed in the customer information system, and displayed later.

  • Customers will also be shown information on how and when to receive order confirmation responses via the hotline.

  • Customers are allowed to cancel the transaction or confirm the order request through the website or hotline after reviewing the above information.

Lust provides a mechanism for customers to read and agree to the terms & conditions of the transaction before submitting a purchase request.

General transaction terms include:

  • Return policy, including return period, return/exchange methods, how to get refunds, return costs (publicly announced on the website);
  • Product inspection policy (announced on the website);
  • Delivery policy (announced on the website);
  • Privacy policy (announced on the website);
  • Information about payment methods.

Lust Chocolate has announced all payment methods available for purchase to enable customers to choose the most suitable payment method in the Payment and Delivery Policy section.

Lust Chocolate has established a mechanism for customers to review and confirm payment transaction details before making payment.

Lust Chocolate ensures the security and privacy of customer's payment transactions and will be responsible for any complaints or compensation if customer payment information on the Lust website is altered, deleted, disclosed, transferred, or stolen illegally resulting in loss to the customer.

II. PAYMENT METHODS

All information and functions provided on the website are free—Lust does not charge any fees for customers to access the site. Customers only make payment for orders after purchasing from Lust.

Customers may choose one of the following payment methods:

Payment method through the "VNPAY-QR supported payment application"

Step 1: Select the product/service and click "Pay Now" or "Order Now." On the payment page, review the ordered products, complete receiver information, choose VNPAY payment method, and press the "Order Now" button.

Step 2: The payment display will switch to the VNPAY payment gateway interface. Select the "VNPAY-QR supported payment application."

Step 3: The system will display a QR code with the amount to be paid. Please verify the payment amount. Use a banking app (from the provided list), select "Scan Code," and scan the QR code on the website payment screen.

Note: The QR code is valid for 15 minutes. To ensure successful payment, please check the conditions and how to scan the code using your phone in advance to avoid timeout issues that can affect payment and use of your promotional code.

Step 4: Verify the information, enter discount code (if any), and complete the payment. After the payment is successful, you will receive order confirmation on the website.

After successful payment, the display will return to your order confirmation page at Lust.

Lust will not be responsible for any mistakes during the money transfer or payment to the wrong account. Customers must deal directly with the bank to resolve such matters.
